A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Brock at 4:39 p.m., on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA.

CONVENE/PLEDGE On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 4:39 p.m., with Councilmembers Parra and Torosis absent. Councilmember Davis led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Mayor announced that item 3.D. will be heard before 3.C.

3.A. Commendation: Chinois on Main, was presented to General Manager Bella Lanstman.
3.B. Commendation: Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD) Officers Life Saving Medal Commendation, was presented to Officers Edgar Arana, Steven Soto, Darnell Crumper and Arash Siah.
3.D. City Manager Report, was presented.
3.C. Proclamation: Gun Violence Awareness Month, was presented to Megan Oddsen of Women Against Gun Violence.
ADJOURNMENT On order of the Mayor, the City Council meeting adjourned at 5:04 p.m. with Councilmembers Parra and Torosis absent.
