Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on August 27, 2024, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code section 3.12.490 to establish speed limits for certain City streets pursuant to the California Vehicle Code. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
