Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 10, 2024, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance adding Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 2.32.290 to prohibit acceptance of gratuities by public officials. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
