2. GENERAL PURPOSE Of CONTRACT: Contractor is permitted to provide the Cloud Solutions identified in Attachment 8 to Panicipating Stmes once a Panicipating Addendum has been signed
3. PROCUREMENT PROCESS: This contract is entered into as a result of the procurement process on 13id//CH 16012.
4. CONTRACT PERIOD: Effective Date: I 0/14/2016 Termination Dale: 09/ I 5/2026 unless terminated early or extended in accordance with the tcnns and condilions of this contract. Note: Pursuant to Solicitation I/CH 16012, Contract must re-certily its qualifications each year.
5. Administrative Fee, ns described in the Solicitation and Attachment A: The Contractor shall pay 10 NASPO ValuePoint. or its assignee, a NASPO ValuePoim Administrative rec or one-quarter of one percent (0.25% or 0.0025) no later than 60 days following the end of ench calendar quarter. The NASPO ValucPoint Administrative Fee shall be submined q11arterly and is based on sales of the Services.
