Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 17, 2024, the City Council introduced for first reading an Interim Zoning Ordinance amending Interim Zoning Regulations established by Interim Zoning Ordinance 2764 (CCS) and extended by Interim Zoning Ordinance 2770 (CCS) to extend the operating hours for the City’s existing cannabis retailers consistent with State law. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
