Dear council,
The Police cannot give oversite to themselves in fact you should see this as a conflict of interest. The Police Oversite Commission was intended to be a watchdog for injustices perpetuated by SMPD. Yet, it is in danger of turning into Police affiliated people investigating themselves. Therefore, I support Xavier Banister be appointed to the Police Oversite Commission.
