Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 11, 2025, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance amending the text of Section 8.12.040 of the Building Code for consistency with the Amended Safety Element. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
