Recommended Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the Ordinance Amending Articles IV and VIII of the Santa Monica Municipal Code.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 14, 2017, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance Amending Articles IV and VIII of the Santa Monica Municipal Code by updating seismic retrofit standards and tenant protection laws.
The ordinance is now presented to City Council for adoption.
