Request of Councilmembers Hall and Zernitskaya that in order to reaffirm our commitment to the protection of Transgender, Gender Diverse, and Intersex persons, the Council direct the City Attorney to draft a resolution banning the use of City resources and personnel to aid the federal government or other states in blocking gender-affirming healthcare.

There are many children, seniors, single moms and working people that may be thrown under the bus by the feds over this.. How wrong to be on your personal soap boxes over this and to potentially jeopardize the health care of so many for a few. Even if you want to pay Judy Abdo Zbur and Horvath back for their help to get you elected.. time to grow up and represent the main residents ..not a few. If it is not used by the feds as a bargaining or threatening chip -fine but if so - please don't be ridiculous.
