A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ADOPTING SALARY RATES FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF ASSISTANT BUILDING
OFFICIAL
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following salary level is hereby established, effective March 23, 2025, for the indicated classification:
Classification Salary Reason
Assistant Building Official* $183,408/annual; Step 5 Title change only, no change in salary
*Pending approval by the Personnel Board
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
