Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 13, 2025, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance adding Section 2.32.300 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code requiring resident representation for Council appointees to non-profits. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
