Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 13, 2025, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 8.08 to extend expiration for building permit applications complete as of January 6, 2025. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
