Re: Contract No. - 4755 Contract Renewal Option Services Dear Mr. Epstein:
Please accept this letter as the City’s notification of its intent to extend the term of the abovereferenced Contractual Services Agreement (the “CSA”) for a period of one (1) year. As noted in Section 1 of the Terms and Conditions of the CSA dated August 2, 2020, the City may extend the term for up to two (4) additional one (1)-year terms. This renewal will extend the term of the CSA commencing on August 2, 2024 and terminating on August 2, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the CSA shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
