Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the following:
1. Reschedule regular Council meeting scheduled for November 11, 2025, to November 18, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day, which is now an official city holiday; and
2. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant environmental effects pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
