Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 9, 2025, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 3.16.120 to exempt additional zero emission vehicles from parking meter payment requirements. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
