Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 30, 2025, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance to adopt the 2025 California Building, Residential, Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, Green Building, Wildland-Urban Interface, Historical, and Existing Building Standards Codes and local amendments to the 2025 California Building Standards Code. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
