SUBJECT: 25ENT-0135 (Structure of Merit Designation Appeal) 1125 18th Street

A public hearing will be held by the City Council to consider the following request:
Appeal of Landmarks Commission Designation 25ENT-0069 of the front building located at 1125 18th Street as a Structure of Merit. Consideration of compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), including an exemption under CEQA Guideline 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption). At the time of the public hearing, the City Council will also be considering compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act.

Pursuant to California Government Code Section 65009(b), if this matter is subsequently challenged in Court, the challenge may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Santa Monica at, or prior to, the public hearing.
