Re: Contract No. 11052 (CCS) – Contract Renewal Option #1 Dear Fred Haley:
Please accept this letter as the City’s notification of its intent to extend the term of the above‐referenced Contractual Services Agreement (the “CSA”) for a period of one (1) year. As noted in Section 1 of the Terms and Conditions of the CSA dated October 6, 2020, the City may extend the term for up to two (2) additional one (1)‐year terms. This first renewal option will extend the term of the CSA commencing on June 30, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the CSA shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
