Re: Contract No. 11052 (CCS) - Contract Renewal Option #2 Dear Fred Haley:
Please accept this letter as the City’s notification of its intent to extend the term of the abovereferenced Contractual Services Agreement (the “CSA”) for a period of one (1) year. As noted in Section 1 of the Terms and Conditions of the CSA dated 10/06/2020 the City may extend the term for up to two (2) additional one (1)-year terms. This renewal will extend the term of the PSA commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the PSA shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
