Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on January 13, 2026, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance to add Section 9.64.065 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code to establish the Off-site Affordable Housing Pilot Program for 1000 units and add Section 9.64.075 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code to extend and expand the Off-site Affordable Housing Pilot Program. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
