RE: SAAS Subscription Agreement No. 10362 - Renewal Fourth Option Dear Mr. Schindelbeck:
Please accept this letter as the City’s notification of its intent to extend the term of the above-referenced Subscription Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) for a period of one (1) year. As noted in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, dated April 24, 2018, the City may extend its term for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. This renewal will extend the term of the Agreement beginning on January 1, 2021 and through December 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
