Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 24, 2026, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance to amend Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 2.24, Purchasing System, to modernize the City's policies, practices and procedures. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
