As Council members have said, businesses on City property should provide a benefit to the City.
The Victorian is a public nuisance.
They play amplified music after 10 pm that keeps us awake at the Shores.
They allow customers to hang around after 2am closing time.
They consume an enormous amount of police time - check the call volume at that address They are an unpermitted bar / nightclub - they have people line up to get in. They check IDs They have a restaurant liquor license - which requires they get 50% of revenue from food. Very little food is actually served.
Please make sure the nearby residents gain some benefit Wini Harwell
