As a resident of Santa Monica and both a driver and pedestrian, writing for myself only, I support Item 4.A to study ways to reconnect communities across the 10 that has bisected and displaced them. I hope it leads to funded projects and that these efforts can withstand federal efforts to roll back the Reconnecting Communities program.
