The City is broke and Commissioner Snell wants the City to fund his trip to Vienna to attend a program on socialized housing under government regulations unlike Santa Monica’s. The City has funded trips like this in the past and gotten no benefit. Commissioner Snell is a disgrace to this community and should resign.
