AFFORDABLE

HOUSING TRUST
Member Cities will not pay to join the Trust. Funding to support general administrative expenses are anticipated to come from Measure A & other sources being explored.

Will not create higher/additional taxes. Trust will utilize existing funding sources for its programs.

Trust will more effectively & quickly deploy funding in amounts that are impactful to affordable housing projects while balancing geographic equity.

By pooling resources while maintain local decision-making authority, Trust Member Cities can advance housing solutions that reflect community priorities and unlock housing opportunities on public and private land.

Trust programs will source/deploy expertise in RFPs, Site Evaluations, Affordable Housing services, etc. without increases to City costs and needed Staff time.
