Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 13, 2026, the City Council introduced for first reading an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Santa Monica amending sections 9.64.065 and 9.64.075 of the Santa Monica municipal code to (1) extend the deadline by which an applicant of an eligible entitled multiple-unit project must obtain a new entitlement; and (2) make minor clarifications to the program titles. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
