Pursuant to Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.61.205(H)(7)(b), I, Oliver Chi, certify that after non-binding consultation with the Landmarks Commission at a duly noticed public hearing held on July 13, 2026 for the digital display at 1355 Third Street Promenade:
i. The digital display is installed in a manner that is reversible as defined by the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties;
ii. The digital display will not materially alter the existing building such that its significance would be materially impaired; and ili. All physical characteristics that convey the existing building's significance will remain intact behind the digital display screen, as determined by a qualified historic preservation professional.
