Council met in Closed Session on items 4.A and 4.B. Council was not able to complete both items before the start of the City Council Regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Therefore, Council continued Closed Session at the end of the Regular City Council meeting. 6)

Mayor Crosswhite continued this meeting to the Regular City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m.
