CULTURAL ARTS STUDY SESSION
Public Comments:
Vanessa Acosta was called to speak on Cultural Arts.
Judy Klement was called to speak on Cultural Arts.
Luz Maria Espinosa was called to speak on Cultural Arts.
This item was presented by James Mason, Community Development Director.
Each person in the audience, attending for the Cultural Arts Study Session, introduced themselves and stated what organization they represented.
Tracy Hudak with Creativity Works LLC, presented a presentation on several topics of Cultural Arts. 5)

PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS Pursuant to Government Code §54957(b)(1) Titles: City Manager Public Comments:
Laura Espinosa was called to speak expressing her views on the City Manager and Police Chief.
Kate English was called to speak expressing her views on the City Manager and Police Chief.
Cynthia Sales was called to speak expressing her views on the City Manager and Police Chief.
5.B)
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT Pursuant to Government Code § 54957, Title: Interim City Attorney Following public comments on item 5.A, Council adjourned to Closed Session.
Council met in Closed Session on items 5.A and 5.B. Council was not able to complete both items before the start of the City Council Regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Therefore, Council continued Closed Session at the end of the City Council Regular meeting. 6)
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Crosswhite continued this meeting to the Regular City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m.
