CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Crosswhite called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. 2)

Members Present: Jenny Crosswhite, Andy Sobel, Carlos Juarez, Richard Araiza, and Leslie Cornejo 3)
STUDY SESSION

OIL MUSEUM LEASE STUDY SESSION
Councilmember Juarez recused himself from this item due to a conflict of interest.
Parks & Recreation Director Greg Barnes presented this item.
Marianne Ratcliff, Vice President of the Santa Paula Historical Society was called to speak in support of a renewed lease and the city partnering with other entities as well.
Anna Cummins was called to speak providing support in the opportunity of opening the Oil Museum.
Justin Campbell with the Oil Museum Foundation was called to speak, explaining they would like to work with all partners.
Mary Ann Krause was called to speak recommending following the same type of long-term lease as used at Rancho Camulos, and providing support of a 15 year lease.
Council provided staff with recommendations to continue to reach out to Chevron to see what options could be used. 4)
