Laura Espinosa was called to speak on behalf of Santa Paula Latino Town Hall providing characteristics they would like to see in the interim and permanent chief of police. 4)

PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT Pursuant to Government Code §54957, Title: Interim Police Chief Interim City Attorney Monica Castillo announced Council will move to closed session for Public Employee Appointment Pursuant to Government Code §54957, Title: Interim Police Chief. 5)

Interim City Attorney Monica Castillo reported out there was no reportable action. 6)
