Mayor Sobel called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

CITY COUNCIL TWO-YEAR STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP #1
This item was presented by Santor Nishizaki with Mulholland Consulting Group, who went over the Mission, Vision, and Core Values and Strategic Planning Process.
Council discussed and provided direction to staff for updates on the following:
(A) Arts, Culture, and Entertainment;
(B) Economic Development;
(C) Infrastructure, Transportation, and Mobility; and
(D) Connected and Healthy Community.
