Mayor Sobel called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Council reviewed the Council Manual of Procedural Guidelines and provided staff with recommendations. 5)

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION - Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(d)(2): 1 potential case based on a statement threatening litigation made by a person in a public meeting about districting.
Council recessed into closed session on the above items. Interim City Attorney Monica Castillo reported there was no reportable action taken. 6)
