Mayor Sobel called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Members Present: Andy Sobel, Carlos Juarez, and Pedro A Chavez Members Absent: Leslie Cornejo, and Jenny Crosswhite
Councilmember Crosswhite and Vice Mayor Cornejo were attending another City meeting at time of roll call, though expected to be present during Closed Session, Item 4A. Interim City Attorney Monica Castillo will report out if either were present or absent during that item. 3)

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE §54957.6 - City Representatives: Chief Labor Negotiator Irma Rodriguez Moisa, City Manager Dan Singer, Finance Director Christy Ramirez, and Human Resources Manager Lorena Alvarez; Employee Organizations: Community Services Officer Association; Mid-Management Association; Professional & Supervisory Association; Service Employee International Union, Local 721 (SEIU); Santa Paula Police Officers Association (SPPOA); and Unrepresented Employees: Executive Management; Confidential employees; Part-time employees.
Council recess to Closed Session.

Interim City Attorney Monica Castillo reported the presence of Councilmember Crosswhite and Vice Mayor Cornejo during Closed Session, Item 4A. Also, reporting there was no reportable action taken. 6)

Mayor Sobel adjourned the meeting at 5:53 p.m.
