JOINT SANTA PAULA, FILLMORE, VENTURA COUNTY TWO-YEAR AGREEMENT FOR OPERATIONAL FUNDING OF THE SPIRIT OF SANTA PAULA HARVARD SHELTER Public Comments:
Kay Wilson-Bolton was called to speak in support of funding for Spirit of Santa Paula Harvard Shelter.
Manuel Minjares was called to speak in support of funding for Spirit of Santa Paula Harvard Shelter.
Steve Bennett was called to speak in support of funding for Spirit of Santa Paula Harvard Shelter.
Judy Rice was called to speak with questions on the funding.
Jim Tovias was called to speak with questions on the funding.
Motion: Approve Authorize the City Manager to sign an agreement, in substantially the form submitted, with the County of Ventura and the City of Fillmore to share in the cost of the operations of the Spirit of Santa Paula Harvard Shelter at 1498 East Harvard Boulevard; and Authorize the City Manager to make non-monetary edits to the Council-approved form of the agreement to be consistent with the form of the agreement the County Board of Supervisors approves, provided such edits do not create undue hardship for the City of Santa Paula.
