Thomas Weisbecker was called to speak, providing comments on the property at 1435 East Harvard Boulevard. 4)

PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY AT 1435 EAST HARVARD BOULEVARD Motion: Approve Resolution No. 7485 to Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement approved by the City Attorney with Buck Adam Drew, substantively in the form presented, for the purchase of 0.55 acres of land located at 1435 Harvard Boulevard for $550,000.00; and Authorize acceptance of the land pursuant to Government Code Section 27281.
