Mayor Sobel called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

THREAT TO PUBLIC SERVICES OR FACILITIES pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. Consultation with Rich Williamson, Chief Information Officer Council recessed to Closed Session at 4:31 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Interim City Attorney Monica Castillo reported there was no reportable action taken on item 4.B.
Mayor Sobel reported that on item 4.A Public Employee Performance Evaluation for Interim City Attorney Monica Castillo, there was a unanimous vote by Council, where Monica Castillo with Best, Best and Krieger, was offered a permanent position as City Attorney for the City of Santa Paula. 6)
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Sobel adjourned the meeting at 6:20 p.m.
