Mayor Sobel called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

REVIEW OF UNION OIL BUILDING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DOCUMENT AND DEFERRED MAINTENANCE PLAN FUNDING DISCUSSION Councilmember Juarez recused himself due to conflict of interest.
Parks & Recreation Director Greg Barnes, presented this item.
Marcus Erikson was called to speak with suggestions on the Request for Proposal.
Richard Rudman was called to speak on behalf of the City of Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce, providing suggestions on the Request for Proposal.
Gloria Martinez was called to speak on behalf of the City of Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce, providing suggestions on the Request for Proposal.
Council provided staff with direction on the Union Oil Building Request for Proposals Document and Deferred Maintenance Plan. 5)
