Mayor Cornejo called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

PROCESS AND IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT OF THE COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT SERVICES PRESENTATION BY CITYGATE ASSOCIATES Stacey Bristo with Citygate provided a presentation on the Process and Improvement Assessment of the Community and Economic Development Department Services.
City Council, Planning Commission, and staff discussed the process. 5)
