4.A VENTURA COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING, NUTRITION
INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT FOR FY 2024-2025
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends City Council:
1. Approve a budget allocation of $110,377.19 in new revenue and matching expenditures from the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA), as noted in the Fiscal Impact section of the staff report; and ADDING ITEM 4.A: VENTURA COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING, NUTRITION INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT FOR FY 2024-2025

All public correspondence received by three hours before the meeting date will be provided to the legislative body before the meeting.

2. Waive formal bidding for the purchase of a new food delivery van not to exceed $59,590.00 based on the finding waiver is required and desirable for reasons described in the staff report, and authorize the City Manager to purchase the van.
