Vice Mayor Juarez called the meeting to order at 4:42 p.m. 2)

Members Present: Pedro A Chavez, Carlos Juarez, Jenny Crosswhite, Gabriela Ornelas, and Leslie Cornejo Mayor Chavez was absent at the time of roll call, arriving at 4:52 p.m.
Councilmember Ornelas was absent at the time of roll call, arriving at 4:45 p.m. 3)

STUDY SESSION ON ANIMAL SERVICES
Staff provided Council with service models available to Santa Paula, seeking input from the Council and public on desired animal control and shelter service options.
Council provided staff with direction on future animal control and shelter service. 5)

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE §54957.6 - City Representatives: Chief Labor Negotiator Irma Rodriguez Moisa, City Manager Dan Singer, Finance Director Christy Ramirez, and Human Resources Administrator Lorena Alvarez; Employee Organizations: Community Services Officer Association; Mid-Management Association; Professional & Supervisory Association; Service Employee International Union, Local 721 (SEIU); Santa Paula Police Officers Association (SPPOA); and Unrepresented Employees: Executive Management; Confidential employees; Part-time employees.
