Mayor Chavez called the meeting to order at 4:02pm.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE THREE-YEAR ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX CIVIL ENGINEERING, INC.
Motion: Approve Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to the Three-Year On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Phoenix Civil Engineering, Inc. to increase the not-to-exceed compensation to $270,000 for FY 24/25, and $400,000 for FY 25/26 and FY 26/27.
