Mayor Chavez called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Members Present: Pedro A Chavez, Carlos Juarez, Jenny Crosswhite, Leslie Cornejo, and Gabriela Ornelas Councilmember Ornelas was absent at time of roll call, arriving at 5:07 p.m. 3)

COUNCIL PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES UPDATE STUDY SESSION
City Attorney Monica Castillo provided an update of prior changes made. Council provided staff with further direction. 5)

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE §54957.6 - City Representatives: City Manager Dan Singer, Finance Director Christy Ramirez, and Human Resources Administrator Lorena Alvarez; Employee Organizations: Professional & Supervisory Association and Unrepresented Employees: Executive Management Council recessed to closed session.
