SPECIAL EVENT GUIDELINES & POTENTIAL PARTNERSHIPS
Parks and Recreation Director Greg Barnes provided a presentation on the Special Event Guidelines and Potential Partnerships.
Residents and Merchants made public comments on event street closure and permit fees.
Discussion continued on Cruise Night and Parades.
Council provided staff with feedback.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION - Pursuant to government Code § 54956.9(d)(1) - Fred and Elaine Malzacher - Revocable Trust v. The City of Santa Paula; Ventura County Superior Court Case No. 56-2021-00552735-CU-TT-VTA Council recessed to closed session.
