Mayor Juarez called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Members Present: Carlos Juarez, Jenny Crosswhite, Leslie Cornejo, Pedro A Chavez, and Gabriela Ornelas Councilmember Ornelas was absent at time of roll call, arriving at 4:39 p.m. 3)

COUNCIL RECOGNITION POLICY UPDATE
Deputy City Manager Aminah Mears provided a presentation on the Council Recognition Policy.
Council discussed and provided staff with feedback.

Mayor Juarez adjourned the meeting at 5:37 p.m.
