STUDY SESSION: FAGAN BARRANCA PARK & SANTA PAULA CREEK SPORTS PARK PHASE II CONCEPTUAL PLANS Parks and Recreation Director Gregory Barnes presented a presentation on the Fagan Barranca Park. Architect Greg Ray presented the conceptual Design.
Landscape Architect Lindsay DeCeault presented a presentation on the Santa Paula Creek Sports Park Phase II Conceptual Plans. 5)
