Mayor Juarez called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Members Present: Carlos Juarez, Jenny Crosswhite, Leslie Cornejo, Pedro A Chavez, and Gabriela Ornelas Councilmember Ornelas was absent at time of roll call arriving at 4:15 p.m.
