Mayor Rogers called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

2. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Rogers announced Item 2.1 has been pulled from the agenda and will not be discussed by Council.
No public comments were made.
Mayor Rogers adjourned to closed session at 10:12 p.m. to discuss Item 2.2 as listed on the agenda.

City Attorney Sue Gallagher reported Council met in closed session, Item 2.1 was withdrawn and not discussed by Council, and on Item
2.2 regarding existing litigation Casey v. City of Santa Rosa, Council gave direction to legal counsel and no action was taken.
5. ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING
Mayor Rogers adjourned the special meeting at 11:17 a.m.
