The agenda has been revised to include presentations for items 3.1 Economic Development Strategic Plan Update, and 3.2 Local Preference Policy.

3.1 Economic Development Strategic Plan Update: staff will provide a short update on the iterative phase of the plan development, remaining elements to the plan, and when the plan is expected to be complete.
3.2 Local Preference Policy: Review and discussion on the procurement of goods and services.
